This Digital Shipping and Delivery Policy clarifies the fulfillment mechanisms and timelines for all software engineering, web application development, and IT consultancy services provided by Areeb Syed Enterprises ("Enterprise", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by proprietor Areeb Syed.

1. Electronic Delivery Channels & Protocols

Deliverables are transferred to the client using one or more of the following standard digital fulfillment mechanisms:

• Source Code Repository Transfer: Full repository ownership or private access transfer via GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, including complete commit history, README setup instructions, and deployment configurations.
• Live Production Deployment: Configuration and direct deployment of web applications, serverless functions, or API backends to the client's verified cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Render, AWS, GCP, or client Linux VPS), accompanied by DNS record linking to client domains.
• Email & Encrypted Document Delivery: Technical audit reports, architectural specifications, database schemas, and written deliverables are dispatched directly to the client's authorized corporate email address in PDF or Markdown format.
• Interactive Handover & Video Walkthrough: For complex dashboards and internal portals, a scheduled virtual conference session (via Google Meet) is conducted to walk through administrative workflows, configuration settings, and operational routines.

3. Milestone Acceptance & Verification Window

To ensure that deliverables satisfy all agreed specifications:

1. Upon completion of a development milestone, we issue an electronic Milestone Handover Memo with access credentials and staging URLs.
2. The client is afforded a standard 5 to 10 business day inspection window to test functionality, review interfaces, and compile any defect reports or revision requests.
3. Once formal client acceptance is confirmed in writing (or if no defect notice is raised within the review window), the milestone is considered fulfilled and approved.

4. Post-Delivery Defect Warranty

Following final deployment and settlement, every project is protected by a complimentary defect warranty period (ranging from 14 to 60 calendar days depending on the contracted service tier). Any software bugs, syntax regressions, or configuration defects conflicting with the signed specification are corrected promptly at no additional charge.
